Hotel as a whole is great. Location is good, free shuttle to the beach which was perfect for us. Hotel pools were good too, 30 degree temperature but the pools soon cooled you down, you have to move about however as the pool is very chilly. Downside to the hotel has to be the food, very lackluster food, no real traditional Turkish food, English garb really. And everyday was the same, our 3 yr old has a good appetite but we found he only ate chips and pizza. Nothing else really on offer for him which was a shame. All in all, good hotel. I'd go back

The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is oversubscribed, rooms are dated and worn, food is average and drinks are below average. The location is a taxi ride from the town centre, but money well spent to escape the ground hog day of herding to and from meal times and rubbing shoulders in and around the swimming pool. It is not an experience that I would want to replicate!

We had a lovely family holiday. Staff are very friendly. The food is a bit samey every day everywhere is kept clean swimming pool is great shame they have to charge extra for some activities entertainment was okay for night time bar staff are lovely plenty of drinks choices wheelchair accessibility as there are lifts to every floor. Would highly recommend this hotel for families, but you must get up early to get a sunbed the Lighthouse coffee and cake restaurant isn’t included even though it says in the brochure it is disappointing

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are great and really helpful. Stay away from the tiny shop inside the hotel because it is so expensive and I mean expensive. My daughter bought her neice a small doll from there, that would've probably cost a few pounds in B&M and similar shops. In the hotel shop it cost a whopping £37. There is a very reasonably priced supermarket just down the road from the hotel.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. The entertainment team make the place feel like home. Barney, Loki, Dino and the rest of the crew are great with both kids and adults alike. They all have time for everyone and make you feel like part of the gang. Definitely a credit to the hotel.

This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. Air conditioner stopped working in our kids room, it took hotel one hour to send someone and then they blamed us for it 🙄. Food was terrible, we had to pay for water to drink, this is All Inclusive hotel. Pool was packed, water was murky and we could smell chlorine on the third floor where we stayed. They give you only one key to your room if you want second you need to leave a deposit. Costumer service is horrible. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just got back from 10 days at Grand Cettia and had a great time. Feel a lot of the negative reviews are harsh! Biggest asset is their staff. Friendly, welcoming and will do anything for you. A shout out to Mustafa who went out and got us fresh strawberries for my son due to his limited diet. That is extra mile service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also Sude who was very cute with my daughter. Only downside for me is sleeping on a sofa bed in a family room as would expect a bed in this room type. Oh and of course it’s busy. It’s August!!

10 days of pure bliss and fun 🤩 It’s our first time at the grand Cettia hotel and we would 100% return!!! As a family of four - 3 year old & a 6 month old - it’s been amazing, nothing is too much for the staff, the entertainment team are phenomenal & so so friendly, massive variety of food which is different every night and the rooms are very clean which get cleaned daily! Thank you grand Cettia for the best holiday, we’ll be back 😁
